  • * For your convenience, medical aid rates are charged and submitted electronically to medical aids on your behalf, However, If payment is not received within 30 days, the patient is liable for settling the account in full.

                                        Call 24 Hours a Day, Includes weekends, nights, and holidays. Find immediate help, no medical aid needed. Call out fee applies excluding treatment,                                                     contracted out of medical aids and rates, pay upfront and claim back. Get relief from chipped, cracked, or lost teeth, abscesses, or toothaches and pain.
                  Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Please note that a fee may be a charged for late cancellations or missed appointments.

                                                                                We are contracted out of medical aids. We however DO deal directly with Medical Aids.
Patients will need to settle their outstanding accounts in full should the medical aid short pay or if funds are exhausted or pay us up front and claim back from their Medical Aid Provider.
                                                                            We will furnish you with all the necessary documentation to claim back from your medical aid.
                                                                        We have various payment options including Debit cards, Credit cards and we do accept CASH !!!
